أَفَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّأُوْلِي النُّهَى

سورة طه
(20/128) Did not they still reach Hidayet? Although so many generations We destroyed before them as they walk among their dwellings. Most surely there are Signs in this for those endowed with understanding (what Allah prohibits).
