وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُوْلُواْ الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُم مِّنْهُ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفًا

(4/8) And when the (distant) relatives (whom the heritage does not fall) and the orphans and the needy are present at the time of division (of the inheritance) give their provision, and speak to them kind words.
