لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصيِبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَاء نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَثُرَ نَصِيبًا مَّفْرُوضًا

سورة النساء
(4/7) Of what the parents and the near relatives leave (heritage), there is a portion for the men. And of what the parents and the near relatives leave (heritage), there is a portion for the women. Be it (heritage) little or much, an obligatory share.
