(4/135) O you who believe (who are âmenû)! Be the witnesses of justice for Allah’s sake, even though it may be against your own selves or your parents or near relatives; if rich or poor. Allah is nearer to them both, therefore, do not follow your vain desires (ego), to be just. And if you bend your tongues (if you change the truth) and turn aside (from the truth, justice) then surely Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.
