وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ الطُّورِ إِذْ نَادَيْنَا وَلَكِن رَّحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّا أَتَاهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ

سورة القصص
(28/46) And you were not on this side of the Mount Tur when We called (Moses). But as a Mercy from your Lord that you may warn a people to whom no Warner (Prophet) came before you. It is hoped that they deliberate.
