إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

سورة الـمـمـتـحنة
(60/9) But Allah forbids you from turning to (befriending) those who fought against you on account of religion, and drove you forth from your land and supported your expulsion, that you may turn to (make friends with) them. And whoever turns to (make friends with) them, they are the wrong-doers.
