قَالَ أَمَّا مَن ظَلَمَ فَسَوْفَ نُعَذِّبُهُ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ إِلَى رَبِّهِ فَيُعَذِّبُهُ عَذَابًا نُّكْرًا

(18/87) (Dhû’l-Qarnain) said: “As for him who does wrong, we shall torment him, then he shall be returned to his Lord, and He will torment him with a fearsome torment”.
