وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُواْ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ ﴿٥٩﴾
سورة الأنفال
(8/59) Let not those who disbelieve assume that they are safe. Assuredly, they cannot render (Allah) impotent.
