وَكَذَلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لِّيَقُولواْ أَهَؤُلاء مَنَّ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّن بَيْنِنَا أَلَيْسَ اللّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِالشَّاكِرِينَ

سورة الأنعام
(6/53) And thus We tried some of them by others in case they say: “Are these they upon whom Allah has conferred His Blessing from among us”? Allah best knows the grateful, does not He?
