وَلَوْ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلْنَا إِلَيْهِمُ الْمَلآئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ الْمَوْتَى وَحَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ قُبُلاً مَّا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ إِلاَّ أَن يَشَاء اللّهُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ ﴿١١١﴾ وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نِبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيَاطِينَ الإِنسِ وَالْجِنِّ يُوحِي بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ زُخْرُفَ الْقَوْلِ غُرُورًا وَلَوْ شَاء رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ ﴿١١٢﴾ وَلِتَصْغَى إِلَيْهِ أَفْئِدَةُ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ وَلِيَرْضَوْهُ وَلِيَقْتَرِفُواْ مَا هُم مُّقْتَرِفُونَ ﴿١١٣﴾ أَفَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنَزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلاً وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ ﴿١١٤﴾ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلاً لاَّ مُبَدِّلِ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ﴿١١٥﴾ وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلاَّ يَخْرُصُونَ ﴿١١٦﴾ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ ﴿١١٧﴾ فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ بِآيَاتِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١١٨﴾ وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلاَّ تَأْكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُم مَّا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلاَّ مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا لَّيُضِلُّونَ بِأَهْوَائِهِم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُعْتَدِينَ ﴿١١٩﴾ وَذَرُواْ ظَاهِرَ الإِثْمِ وَبَاطِنَهُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْسِبُونَ الإِثْمَ سَيُجْزَوْنَ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَقْتَرِفُونَ ﴿١٢٠﴾ وَلاَ تَأْكُلُواْ مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَآئِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ ﴿١٢١﴾ أَوَ مَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٢٢﴾ وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجَرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُواْ فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلاَّ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿١٢٣﴾ وَإِذَا جَاءتْهُمْ آيَةٌ قَالُواْ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ حَتَّى نُؤْتَى مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ رُسُلُ اللّهِ اللّهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُ سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُواْ صَغَارٌ عِندَ اللّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَمْكُرُونَ ﴿١٢٤﴾ فَمَن يُرِدِ اللّهُ أَن يَهْدِيَهُ يَشْرَحْ صَدْرَهُ لِلإِسْلاَمِ وَمَن يُرِدْ أَن يُضِلَّهُ يَجْعَلْ صَدْرَهُ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجًا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِي السَّمَاء كَذَلِكَ يَجْعَلُ اللّهُ الرِّجْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٢٥﴾ وَهَذَا صِرَاطُ رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقِيمًا قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴿١٢٦﴾ لَهُمْ دَارُ السَّلاَمِ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٢٧﴾ وَيَوْمَ يِحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ قَدِ اسْتَكْثَرْتُم مِّنَ الإِنسِ وَقَالَ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُم مِّنَ الإِنسِ رَبَّنَا اسْتَمْتَعَ بَعْضُنَا بِبَعْضٍ وَبَلَغْنَا أَجَلَنَا الَّذِيَ أَجَّلْتَ لَنَا قَالَ النَّارُ مَثْوَاكُمْ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا إِلاَّ مَا شَاء اللّهُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَليمٌ ﴿١٢٨﴾ وَكَذَلِكَ نُوَلِّي بَعْضَ الظَّالِمِينَ بَعْضًا بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْسِبُونَ ﴿١٢٩﴾ يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالإِنسِ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاء يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا قَالُواْ شَهِدْنَا عَلَى أَنفُسِنَا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَافِرِينَ ﴿١٣٠﴾ ذَلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ ﴿١٣١﴾ وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُواْ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٣٢﴾ وَرَبُّكَ الْغَنِيُّ ذُو الرَّحْمَةِ إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِن بَعْدِكُم مَّا يَشَاء كَمَآ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ ﴿١٣٣﴾ إِنَّ مَا تُوعَدُونَ لآتٍ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ ﴿١٣٤﴾ قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُواْ عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدِّارِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ ﴿١٣٥﴾ وَجَعَلُواْ لِلّهِ مِمِّا ذَرَأَ مِنَ الْحَرْثِ وَالأَنْعَامِ نَصِيبًا فَقَالُواْ هَذَا لِلّهِ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَهَذَا لِشُرَكَآئِنَا فَمَا كَانَ لِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ فَلاَ يَصِلُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَمَا كَانَ لِلّهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ إِلَى شُرَكَآئِهِمْ سَاء مَا يَحْكُمُونَ ﴿١٣٦﴾ وَكَذَلِكَ زَيَّنَ لِكَثِيرٍ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَتْلَ أَوْلاَدِهِمْ شُرَكَآؤُهُمْ لِيُرْدُوهُمْ وَلِيَلْبِسُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ دِينَهُمْ وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ ﴿١٣٧﴾ وَقَالُواْ هَذِهِ أَنْعَامٌ وَحَرْثٌ حِجْرٌ لاَّ يَطْعَمُهَا إِلاَّ مَن نّشَاء بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَأَنْعَامٌ حُرِّمَتْ ظُهُورُهَا وَأَنْعَامٌ لاَّ يَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللّهِ عَلَيْهَا افْتِرَاء عَلَيْهِ سَيَجْزِيهِم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ ﴿١٣٨﴾ وَقَالُواْ مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَذِهِ الأَنْعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِّذُكُورِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِنَا وَإِن يَكُن مَّيْتَةً فَهُمْ فِيهِ شُرَكَاء سَيَجْزِيهِمْ وَصْفَهُمْ إِنَّهُ حِكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ ﴿١٣٩﴾ قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ قَتَلُواْ أَوْلاَدَهُمْ سَفَهًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ اللّهُ افْتِرَاء عَلَى اللّهِ قَدْ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ ﴿١٤٠﴾ وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَ جَنَّاتٍ مَّعْرُوشَاتٍ وَغَيْرَ مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ كُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِ إِذَا أَثْمَرَ وَآتُواْ حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ وَلاَ تُسْرِفُواْ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ ﴿١٤١﴾ وَمِنَ الأَنْعَامِ حَمُولَةً وَفَرْشًا كُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٤٢﴾ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ مِّنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الأُنثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الأُنثَيَيْنِ نَبِّؤُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿١٤٣﴾ وَمِنَ الإِبْلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الأُنثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الأُنثَيَيْنِ أَمْ كُنتُمْ شُهَدَاء إِذْ وَصَّاكُمُ اللّهُ بِهَذَا فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا لِيُضِلَّ النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿١٤٤﴾ قُل لاَّ أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلاَّ أَن يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَّسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللّهِ بِهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلاَ عَادٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿١٤٥﴾ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمْنَا كُلَّ ذِي ظُفُرٍ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ وَالْغَنَمِ حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومَهُمَا إِلاَّ مَا حَمَلَتْ ظُهُورُهُمَا أَوِ الْحَوَايَا أَوْ مَا اخْتَلَطَ بِعَظْمٍ ذَلِكَ جَزَيْنَاهُم بِبَغْيِهِمْ وِإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ ﴿١٤٦﴾ فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍ وَاسِعَةٍ وَلاَ يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴿١٤٧﴾ سَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم حَتَّى ذَاقُواْ بَأْسَنَا قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إَلاَّ تَخْرُصُونَ ﴿١٤٨﴾ قُلْ فَلِلّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ فَلَوْ شَاء لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٤٩﴾ قُلْ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَاءكُمُ الَّذِينَ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ اللّهَ حَرَّمَ هَذَا فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَلاَ تَشْهَدْ مَعَهُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاء الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ وَهُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ ﴿١٥٠﴾ قُلْ تَعَالَوْاْ أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَلاَّ تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ أَوْلاَدَكُم مِّنْ إمْلاَقٍ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿١٥١﴾ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلاَّ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ لاَ نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُواْ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى وَبِعَهْدِ اللّهِ أَوْفُواْ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿١٥٢﴾ وَأَنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٥٣﴾ ثُمَّ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذِيَ أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلاً لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَاء رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٥٤﴾ وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ ﴿١٥٥﴾ أَن تَقُولُواْ إِنَّمَا أُنزِلَ الْكِتَابُ عَلَى طَآئِفَتَيْنِ مِن قَبْلِنَا وَإِن كُنَّا عَن دِرَاسَتِهِمْ لَغَافِلِينَ ﴿١٥٦﴾ أَوْ تَقُولُواْ لَوْ أَنَّا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْكِتَابُ لَكُنَّا أَهْدَى مِنْهُمْ فَقَدْ جَاءكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنْهَا سَنَجْزِي الَّذِينَ يَصْدِفُونَ عَنْ آيَاتِنَا سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْدِفُونَ ﴿١٥٧﴾ هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ أَن تَأْتِيهُمُ الْمَلآئِكَةُ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ رَبُّكَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لاَ يَنفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِن قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا قُلِ انتَظِرُواْ إِنَّا مُنتَظِرُونَ ﴿١٥٨﴾ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعًا لَّسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ ﴿١٥٩﴾ مَن جَاء بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا وَمَن جَاء بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلاَ يُجْزَى إِلاَّ مِثْلَهَا وَهُمْ لاَ يُظْلَمُونَ ﴿١٦٠﴾ قُلْ إِنَّنِي هَدَانِي رَبِّي إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ دِينًا قِيَمًا مِّلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ﴿١٦١﴾ قُلْ إِنَّ صَلاَتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٦٢﴾ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَاْ أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ﴿١٦٣﴾ قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلاَ تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلاَّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ ﴿١٦٤﴾ وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلاَئِفَ الأَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿١٦٥﴾
(6/111) And even if We had sent down to them the angels and the dead had spoken to them and We had brought together all things before them, they would not have believed, unless Allah willed. But most of them behave ignorantly. (6/112) And thus We have made for every prophet devils from mankind and jinn an enemy, inspiring to one another decorative speech in delusion. And if your Lord had willed, they would not have done it, therefore leave them and that which they forge. (6/113) And that the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to them (to human and jinn satans) and that they may be well pleased with them. And that they may continue to earn what they have been earning. (6/114) Shall I then seek a judge other than Allah? And He it is who has sent down to you the Book as explained (in detail). Those to whom We have given the Book know that it is sent down from your Lord with truth, therefore you should not be of the doubters. (6/115) And the Word of your Lord has been accomplished with loyalty and justice. There is none who can change His Words. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. (6/116) And if you obey most of those in the earth, they will lead you astray from Allah’s Way. They follow but conjecture and they only lie. (6/117) It is your Lord Who knows who goes astray from His Way, and He also best knows those who have attained Guidance. (6/118) Therefore eat of that on which Allah’s Name has been mentioned if you are believers in His Verses. (6/119) What is wrong with you that you do not eat of that on which Allah’s Name has been mentioned while He has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity? And most surely many leave (others) in Misguidance by their vain desires out of ignorance. Certainly your Lord knows best those who exceed the limits. (6/120) And abandon open and secret sin. Surely they who commit (earn) sin shall be recompensed with what they earned. (6/121) And do not eat of that on which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned, and that is most surely Fisq. And most surely the satans reveal to their friends that they should struggle with you; and if you obey (follow) them, you shall most surely be associators. (6/122) Is he who was dead (because of not wishing to reach Allah) then We raised him to life (by giving him twelve blessings) and made for him a light by which he walks among the people, like him whose likeness is that of one in utter layers of darkness from which he can never come out? Thus it has been shown pleasing to the disbelievers that which they were doing. (6/123) And thus We have placed within every town (city) the greatest of its sinners as leaders to fraud therein. But they do not fraud except their own souls, and they do not perceive. (6/124) And when a Verse comes to them they say: “We will not believe until we are given the like of what Allah’s Messengers are given”. Allah best knows with whom to place His Message. Humiliation from Allah and a severe torment will befall the sinners because of what they used to plot. (6/125) And whomsoever Allah wills to deliver to Himself He slits and opens his breast for submission (Islam). And whomsoever He wills to leave in Misguidance, He makes his breast strait and narrow as if he were ascending to the sky. Thus does Allah lay filth (torment, difficulty, narrowness) on those who do not believe. (6/126) And this is the Path directed to your Lord (path delivers to Allah). We have explained Our Verses individually for a people who deliberate. (6/127) For them is the Home of Peace (the Home of Submission to Allah) with their Lord. And He is their Friend because of what they used to do. (6/128) And on a Day when He shall gather them all together (shall say): “O assembly of jinn! You increased your number with the mankind (you annexed the mankind amongst the devils)”. And their friends from among the mankind said: “Our Lord! Some of us profited by others and we have reached our appointed term which You did appoint for us”. (Allah) said: “The Fire is your abode, to abide in it forever, except what Allah wills (the time for Hell to vanish to arrive)”. Surely your Lord is All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom), All-Knowing. (6/129) And thus We do turn the wrong-doers against one another because of what they used to earn (their sins). (6/130) O assembly of the jinn and men! Did there not come to you Messengers from among you, relating to you My Verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours? They said: We bear witness against our own souls. The life of this world deceived them; and they bore witness against their own souls that they were disbelievers. (6/131) This is because your Lord is not tormentful and would not destroy the countries while their people were unaware (unwarned). (6/132) For all there are degrees according to what they do; and your Lord is not Heedless of what they do. (6/133) And your Lord is the Self-Sufficient (Rich, Free of all needs), the Owner of Mercy. If He wills, He can remove (destroy) you and in your place make whom He wills as successors after you, even as He raised you up from the seed (offspring) of other people. (6/134) Surely what you are promised will verily come and you cannot escape it. (6/135) Say: “O my people! Do what you want to do! I too am doing; so you will soon come to know, for whom will be the end of the abode”. Certainly the wrong-doers can not attain to the Salvation. (6/136) And they set apart a portion for Allah out of what He has created of crop and cattle, and said with their assumptions: “This is for Allah and this for our associates”. What is for their associates does not reach Allah, and whatever is for Allah, it reaches their associates. Evil is that which they judge. (6/137) And thus their associates have made fair-seeming to most of the polytheists the killing of their children, that they may cause them to perish and obscure for them their religion. If Allah had willed, they would not have done so, therefore, leave them and that which they forge. (6/138) And according to their assumptions they say: “These are cattle and crops prohibited; none shall eat them, except such as we please”. (Some) cattle whose backs are forbidden, and cattle on which they would not mention Allah’s Name (forging a lie against them not slaughtering them in the name of Allah). (Allah) shall requite them for what they forged. (6/139) And they said: “What is in the wombs of these cattle is specially for our men and forbidden to our wives”. But if it is born dead then they are all partners in (eating) it. (Allah) will punish them for their attribution. Surely, He is All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom), All-Knowing. (6/140) They are lost indeed who kill their children foolishly without knowledge, and forbid what Allah has provided for them as sustenance, forging a lie against Allah. They have indeed remained in Misguidance and have not attained to Guidance (Hidayet). (6/141) And He it is Who produces gardens trellised and un-trellised and date-palms and seed-produce of which the fruits are of various sorts, and olives and pomegranates, similar and different. Eat of its fruit when it bears fruit and pay the due of it on the day of its reaping and do not waste by extravagance. Surely He does not love the extravagant (Al-Musrifûn). (6/142) And amongst the animals there are beasts of burden and those which are fit for slaughter. Eat of what Allah has provided for you as sustenance (of those who are fit for slaughter) and do not follow the footsteps of the Shaitan (Satan). Surely he is to you an open enemy. (6/143) Eight pairs (created male and female beasts of burden and those which are fit for slaughter as indicated in verse 142); of the sheep two and of the goat two. Say: “Has He forbidden the two males or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females enclose”? Inform me with knowledge if you are truthful. (6/144) And of the camel two, cattle two. Say: “Has He forbidden the two males or the two females or which the wombs of the two females enclose”? Or were you witnesses when Allah enjoined you this? Who, then, is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah, to lead mankind astray without knowledge. Surely, Allah does not cause the wrongdoers to attain to Guidance (Hidayet). (6/145) Say: “I do not find in that which has been revealed to me anything forbidden for an eater to eat of except that it be what has died of itself, or blood poured forth, or flesh of swine-for that surely is unclean-or that which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah with a Fisq”; but whoever is driven to necessity without willful disobedience, nor exceeding the limit, then surely your Lord is Oft-Forgiving (the One who changes sins into merits), Most Merciful (the One who sends down the light of mercy). (6/146) And to those who were Jews We made unlawful every animal with undivided hoof and of oxen and sheep We made unlawful to them the fat of both, except such as was on their backs or the entrails or what was mixed with bones. Thus We punished them for their rebellion, and We are surely Faithful. (6/147) But if they belie you, then say: “Your Lord is the Owner of Vast Mercy”; and never will His severe punishment turned back from the people who are criminal (guilty). (6/148) Those who ascribe partners will say: “If Allah had willed, we would not have ascribed partners, nor would our fathers nor would we have forbidden anything”. Likewise belied those who were before them till they tasted Our punishment. Say: “Have you any knowledge with you? If so, you should bring it forth to us. You only follow a conjecture and you only tell lies”. (6/149) Say: “Then Allah’s is the strongest proof. Had He so willed, He would indeed have caused you all to attain to Guidance (Hidayet)”. (6/150) Say: “Bring your witnesses who should bear witness that Allah has forbidden this”. Then if they bear witness, do not bear witness with them. Do not follow the vain desires of those who deny Our Verses and of those who do not believe in the Hereafter. And they make (others) equal to their Lord (associating partners). (6/151) Say: “Come, I will recite what your Lord has forbidden to you; that you do not associate anything with Him. And show kindness to your parents. Do not kill your children for (fear of poverty)”. We provide sustenance for you and for them. Do not approach wickedness that is apparent or concealed. Do not kill which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause. This He has enjoined you with that you may be mindful. (6/152) And do not approach the property of the orphan except in the best manner until he attains the age of full strength. Give full measure and full weight with justice. We do not burden any soul beyond its scope. When you speak, then say with justice though it be a relative. Fulfill the Covenant of Allah. This He has enjoined you with that you may deliberate. (6/153) And that this is My Path, directed (towards Me). Therefore follow it, and do not follow (others) ways, for they will lead you away from His Way. This He has enjoined you with that you may have piety (Takwâ). (6/154) Then, We gave Moses the Book (Torah) as complement to those who are the best of the best and an explanation in detail of all things and delivering to Guidance and a Mercy that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord. (6/155) And this is a Book We have sent down is blessed. Therefore follow (depend on) it and be the owners of piety (Takwâ) that you may attain to mercy (you may receive mercy). (6/156) Lest you should say: “The Book was sent down only to two parties before us and we were truly unaware of what they read”. (6/157) Or lest you should say: “If the Book had been sent down to us, we would certainly have been better guided than they”. So indeed there has come to you a clear proof from your Lord, and Guidance (delivering to Hidayet) and a mercy. Who then is more unjust than he who denies the Verses of Allah and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our Verses with an evil torment because they turned away. (6/158) Do they wait for the angels should come to them or that your Lord should come, or that some of the Signs of your Lord should come. On the Day when some of the Signs of your Lord shall come, its faith shall not profit a soul which did not believe before, or earn good through its faith. Say: “Wait; we too are waiting”. (6/159) Surely they who divided their religion and became sects. You have no concern with them. Their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they used to do. (6/160) Whoever comes (before Allah) with a good deed, for him there are tenfold the like of it and whoever comes with an evil deed, he shall be recompensed only with the like of it and they shall not be wronged. (6/161) Say: “Surely my Lord has guided me to Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed to Allah)”, the religion of Abraham’s people that will last until the Doomsday as Hanîf. And he was not of the associators. (6/162) Say: “Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds”. (6/163) He has no partners. And of this I have been commanded. And I am the first of those who is submitted (Muslim). (6/164) Say: “Shall I seek another than Allah for Lord, and He is the Lord of all things”? And no soul earns but against itself, and no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another; then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you of that in which you differed. (6/165) And He it is Who has made you successors in the earth and raised some of you above others by degrees, that He might try you by what He has given you. Surely your Lord is quick to requite and He is most surely the Oft-Forgiving (the One Who changes evil deeds into rewards), Most Merciful (the One Who sends down the light of Mercy).

المص ﴿١﴾ كِتَابٌ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ فَلاَ يَكُن فِي صَدْرِكَ حَرَجٌ مِّنْهُ لِتُنذِرَ بِهِ وَذِكْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢﴾ اتَّبِعُواْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء قَلِيلاً مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿٣﴾ وَكَم مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا فَجَاءهَا بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا أَوْ هُمْ قَآئِلُونَ ﴿٤﴾ فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَاهُمْ إِذْ جَاءهُمْ بَأْسُنَا إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ ﴿٥﴾ فَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الَّذِينَ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿٦﴾ فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِم بِعِلْمٍ وَمَا كُنَّا غَآئِبِينَ ﴿٧﴾ وَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ ﴿٨﴾ وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا يِظْلِمُونَ ﴿٩﴾ وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ قَلِيلاً مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ﴿١٠﴾ وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلآئِكَةِ اسْجُدُواْ لآدَمَ فَسَجَدُواْ إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ ﴿١١﴾ قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلاَّ تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ قَالَ أَنَاْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ ﴿١٢﴾ قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ ﴿١٣﴾ قَالَ فَأَنظِرْنِي إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿١٤﴾ قَالَ إِنَّكَ مِنَ المُنظَرِينَ ﴿١٥﴾ قَالَ فَبِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لأَقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ صِرَاطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﴿١٦﴾ ثُمَّ لآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَآئِلِهِمْ وَلاَ تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ ﴿١٧﴾ قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْؤُومًا مَّدْحُورًا لَّمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لأَمْلأنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٨﴾ وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلاَ مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلاَ تَقْرَبَا هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿١٩﴾ فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْءَاتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ ﴿٢٠﴾ وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ ﴿٢١﴾ فَدَلاَّهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْءَاتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَآنَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٢٢﴾ قَالاَ رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ ﴿٢٣﴾ قَالَ اهْبِطُواْ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ ﴿٢٤﴾ قَالَ فِيهَا تَحْيَوْنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنْهَا تُخْرَجُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَارِي سَوْءَاتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَىَ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴿٢٦﴾ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ لاَ يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِّنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَنزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْءَاتِهِمَا إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ تَرَوْنَهُمْ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء لِلَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾ وَإِذَا فَعَلُواْ فَاحِشَةً قَالُواْ وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهَا آبَاءنَا وَاللّهُ أَمَرَنَا بِهَا قُلْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاء أَتَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٨﴾ قُلْ أَمَرَ رَبِّي بِالْقِسْطِ وَأَقِيمُواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ كَمَا بَدَأَكُمْ تَعُودُونَ ﴿٢٩﴾ فَرِيقًا هَدَى وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلاَلَةُ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُواْ زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وكُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ وَلاَ تُسْرِفُواْ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللّهِ الَّتِيَ أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالْطَّيِّبَاتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ قُلْ هِي لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٢﴾ قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُواْ بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَن تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلٌ فَإِذَا جَاء أَجَلُهُمْ لاَ يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً وَلاَ يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ إِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي فَمَنِ اتَّقَى وَأَصْلَحَ فَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾ وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُواْ عَنْهَا أُوْلََئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٣٦﴾ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ أُوْلَئِكَ يَنَالُهُمْ نَصِيبُهُم مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا يَتَوَفَّوْنَهُمْ قَالُواْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ قَالُواْ ضَلُّواْ عَنَّا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٧﴾ قَالَ ادْخُلُواْ فِي أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مِّن الْجِنِّ وَالإِنسِ فِي النَّارِ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَّعَنَتْ أُخْتَهَا حَتَّى إِذَا ادَّارَكُواْ فِيهَا جَمِيعًا قَالَتْ أُخْرَاهُمْ لأُولاَهُمْ رَبَّنَا هَؤُلاء أَضَلُّونَا فَآتِهِمْ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا مِّنَ النَّارِ قَالَ لِكُلٍّ ضِعْفٌ وَلَكِن لاَّ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٨﴾ وَقَالَتْ أُولاَهُمْ لأُخْرَاهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِن فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُواْ عَنْهَا لاَ تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاء وَلاَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى يَلِجَ الْجَمَلُ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾ لَهُم مِّن جَهَنَّمَ مِهَادٌ وَمِن فَوْقِهِمْ غَوَاشٍ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٤١﴾ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ لاَ نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا أُوْلَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾ وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمُ الأَنْهَارُ وَقَالُواْ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللّهُ لَقَدْ جَاءتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَنُودُواْ أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٤٣﴾ وَنَادَى أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ أَن قَدْ وَجَدْنَا مَا وَعَدَنَا رَبُّنَا حَقًّا فَهَلْ وَجَدتُّم مَّا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا قَالُواْ نَعَمْ فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن لَّعْنَةُ اللّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٤٤﴾ الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُم بِالآخِرَةِ كَافِرُونَ ﴿٤٥﴾ وَبَيْنَهُمَا حِجَابٌ وَعَلَى الأَعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلاًّ بِسِيمَاهُمْ وَنَادَوْاْ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ أَن سَلاَمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُونَ ﴿٤٦﴾ وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَاء أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴿٤٧﴾ وَنَادَى أَصْحَابُ الأَعْرَافِ رِجَالاً يَعْرِفُونَهُمْ بِسِيمَاهُمْ قَالُواْ مَا أَغْنَى عَنكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ﴿٤٨﴾ أَهَؤُلاء الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لاَ يَنَالُهُمُ اللّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ ادْخُلُواْ الْجَنَّةَ لاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلاَ أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٤٩﴾ وَنَادَى أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ أَنْ أَفِيضُواْ عَلَيْنَا مِنَ الْمَاء أَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّهُ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٥٠﴾ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ دِينَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَلَعِبًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا فَالْيَوْمَ نَنسَاهُمْ كَمَا نَسُواْ لِقَاء يَوْمِهِمْ هَذَا وَمَا كَانُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ ﴿٥١﴾ وَلَقَدْ جِئْنَاهُم بِكِتَابٍ فَصَّلْنَاهُ عَلَى عِلْمٍ هُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٥٢﴾ هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ تَأْوِيلَهُ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي تَأْوِيلُهُ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ نَسُوهُ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاءتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ فَهَل لَّنَا مِن شُفَعَاء فَيَشْفَعُواْ لَنَا أَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ قَدْ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ ﴿٥٣﴾ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ أَلاَ لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٥٤﴾ ادْعُواْ رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ ﴿٥٥﴾ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاَحِهَا وَادْعُوهُ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا إِنَّ رَحْمَتَ اللّهِ قَرِيبٌ مِّنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿٥٦﴾ وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالاً سُقْنَاهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَنزَلْنَا بِهِ الْمَاء فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ كَذَلِكَ نُخْرِجُ الْموْتَى لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿٥٧﴾ وَالْبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَالَّذِي خَبُثَ لاَ يَخْرُجُ إِلاَّ نَكِدًا كَذَلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ ﴿٥٨﴾ لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ إِنِّيَ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٥٩﴾ قَالَ الْمَلأُ مِن قَوْمِهِ إِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿٦٠﴾ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي ضَلاَلَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٦١﴾ أُبَلِّغُكُمْ رِسَالاَتِ رَبِّي وَأَنصَحُ لَكُمْ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٦٢﴾ أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَن جَاءكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنكُمْ لِيُنذِرَكُمْ وَلِتَتَّقُواْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ ﴿٦٣﴾ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَأَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ قَوْماً عَمِينَ ﴿٦٤﴾ وَإِلَى عَادٍ أَخَاهُمْ هُوداً قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ أَفَلاَ تَتَّقُونَ ﴿٦٥﴾ قَالَ الْمَلأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَوْمِهِ إِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِي سَفَاهَةٍ وِإِنَّا لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ ﴿٦٦﴾ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي سَفَاهَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٦٧﴾ أُبَلِّغُكُمْ رِسَالاتِ رَبِّي وَأَنَاْ لَكُمْ نَاصِحٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿٦٨﴾ أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَن جَاءكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنكُمْ لِيُنذِرَكُمْ وَاذكُرُواْ إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاء مِن بَعْدِ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَزَادَكُمْ فِي الْخَلْقِ بَسْطَةً فَاذْكُرُواْ آلاء اللّهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿٦٩﴾ قَالُواْ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللّهَ وَحْدَهُ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ ﴿٧٠﴾ قَالَ قَدْ وَقَعَ عَلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ رِجْسٌ وَغَضَبٌ أَتُجَادِلُونَنِي فِي أَسْمَاء سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنتُمْ وَآبَآؤكُم مَّا نَزَّلَ اللّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَانٍ فَانتَظِرُواْ إِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ الْمُنتَظِرِينَ ﴿٧١﴾ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنَّا وَقَطَعْنَا دَابِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَمَا كَانُواْ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٧٢﴾ وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ هَذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللّهِ وَلاَ تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوَءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿٧٣﴾ وَاذْكُرُواْ إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاء مِن بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَبَوَّأَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِن سُهُولِهَا قُصُورًا وَتَنْحِتُونَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوتًا فَاذْكُرُواْ آلاء اللّهِ وَلاَ تَعْثَوْا فِي الأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ ﴿٧٤﴾ قَالَ الْمَلأُ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُواْ مِن قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُواْ لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُّرْسَلٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ قَالُواْ إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٧٥﴾ قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُواْ إِنَّا بِالَّذِيَ آمَنتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ ﴿٧٦﴾ فَعَقَرُواْ النَّاقَةَ وَعَتَوْاْ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ وَقَالُواْ يَا صَالِحُ ائْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿٧٧﴾ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ ﴿٧٨﴾ فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ وَلَكِن لاَّ تُحِبُّونَ النَّاصِحِينَ ﴿٧٩﴾ وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُم بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّن الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿٨٠﴾ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِّن دُونِ النِّسَاء بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُونَ ﴿٨١﴾ وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ ﴿٨٢﴾ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ ﴿٨٣﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴿٨٤﴾ وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلاَ تَبْخَسُواْ النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءهُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاَحِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٨٥﴾ وَلاَ تَقْعُدُواْ بِكُلِّ صِرَاطٍ تُوعِدُونَ وَتَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَتَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَاذْكُرُواْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ قَلِيلاً فَكَثَّرَكُمْ وَانظُرُواْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ ﴿٨٦﴾ وَإِن كَانَ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ آمَنُواْ بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَآئِفَةٌ لَّمْ يْؤْمِنُواْ فَاصْبِرُواْ حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللّهُ بَيْنَنَا وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِينَ ﴿٨٧﴾

Al-A'raf
(7/1) Alif-Lâm-Mîm-Sâd. (7/2) The Book sent down to you is a Dhikir (advise) to the believers that you may warn thereby. So let there be no tightness (distress) in your breast on account of it. (7/3) Follow (depend on) what has been sent to you from your Lord and do not follow any friends besides Him. Little do you deliberate! (7/4) And how many countries have We destroyed! So Our severe torment came to them by night or while they were taking their midday nap. (7/5) Yet their invocation, when Our severe torment came to them, was nothing but that they said: “Surely we were wrongdoers”! (7/6) Most certainly then We will question those to whom the Messengers were sent, and most certainly We will also question the Messengers. (7/7) Then most certainly We will explain to them with knowledge. We were not unaware (of their actions). (7/8) And the measuring out (weighing) on that Day of Permission (day of reckoning) is true (real). Then as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is heavy, those are they who shall be in Salvation. (7/9) And as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is light, those are they who have made their souls fall into Loss (Husrân) because they wronged Our Verses. (7/10) Certainly We have placed you in the earth and made in it means of livelihood. Little thanks do you give! (7/11) And certainly We created you, then shaped you, then We said to the angels: “Prostrate yourselves to Adam”. They prostrated themselves except Iblîs (Lucifer), he was not of those who prostrated themselves. (7/12) (Allah) said: “What prevented you that you did not prostrate yourself, when I commanded you (to prostrate yourself)”? Iblîs (Lucifer) said: “I am better than him (Adam), You created me from fire, and him You created from clay”. (7/13) (Allah) said: “Then get down from there, for it does not befit you to behave arrogantly therein. Go forth right away. Surely you are of the abject ones”. (7/14) (Lucifer) said: “Reprieve me until the Day when they are resurrected”. (7/15) (Allah) said: “Surely You are of the reprieved ones”. (7/16) (Lucifer) said: “As You have exacerbated me, I will certainly sit in against them (to stop them) on Your Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed towards Allah)”. (7/17) Then I will certainly come to them from before them and from behind them and from their right-hand side and from their left-hand side; and You shall not find most of them thankful. (7/18) (Allah) said: “Get out from there, despised, driven away”! Whoever of them follows (depends on) you, I will certainly fill Hell with you all. (7/19) And O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in Heaven; so eat from where you both wish. And do not approach this tree, for then you (both) will be of the wrong-doers. (7/20) Then Satan whispered suggestions to them to make manifest to them what had been hidden from them and he said: “Your Lord has not forbidden you this tree except that you should become angels or become of the immortals”. (7/21) And (Satan) swore by Allah to them both: ‘Most surely I am one of the sincere advisers for you both’. (7/22) Thus did he mislead them by a deceit. When they tasted (the fruit) of the tree, their private parts became manifest to them, and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves of the Garden; and their Lord called out to them: “Did I not forbid you both from that tree and say to you: ‘Assuredly Satan is an open enemy’”? (7/23) They both said: “Our Lord! We wronged our souls, and If You do not forgive us and have not mercy on us, surely we are of the losers”. (7/24) (Allah) said: “Get down as enemies to each other, and there is for you in the earth an abode (a dwelling-place) and an provision for a while”. (7/25) Allah said: “Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and from it shall you be raised”. (7/26) O Children of Adam! We have indeed sent down to you clothing to cover your private parts and as an adornment (clothing); and the clothing of piety (Takwâ), that is better. This is of the Signs of Allah that you may deliberate. (7/27) O Children of Adam! Let not Satan cause you to fall into Fitnah (temptation, incitement) as he expelled your parents from Heaven pulling off from them both their clothing that he might show them their private parts. He as well as his tribe surely sees you from where you cannot see them. Surely We have made satans the friends of those who do not believe. (7/28) And when they committed an indecency they said: “We found our fathers on this (We saw so from them) and Allah has commanded it on us”. Say: “Allah never commands indecency (Fahshâi)”. Do you say about Allah that which you do not know? (7/29) Say: “My Lord has commanded you to act in justice and that you should set upright your faces in every place of worship to prayers”. And call on Him rendering the Religion peculiar to Him only. As He created you, so shall you also return (to Him). (7/30) A group has attained to Guidance (Hidayet), and a group deserved to be in Misguidance. Surely they took the satans for friends instead of Allah, and reckon that they have attained to Guidance (Hidayet). (7/31) O Children of Adam! Have your embellishments at every place of worship. Eat and drink, but do not be extravagant. Surely He does not love the extravagant. (7/32) Say: “Who has prohibited the embellishment of Allah which He has brought forth for His servants and clean things from the provision”? That is for those who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah before death) in the life of this world. And exclusively for them on the Day of Resurrection as well. Thus do We explain the Verses individually for a people who know. (7/33) Say: “My Lord has only prohibited indecencies, those of them that are apparent as well as those that are concealed and the sin and rebellion without justice, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down any proof, and that you say against Allah what you do not know”. (7/34) And for every nation (Umma) there is an appointed term. Once their appointed term arrives, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede. (7/35) O Children of Adam! Whenever come to you messengers from among you who narrate to you My Verses, then whoever becomes the owner of piety (Takwa) and improves the soul (cleanses the soul) on them there is no fear nor do they grieve. (7/36) And those who reject our Verses and treat them with arrogance, these are the inmates of the Fire, they shall abide in it forever. (7/37) Who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or rejects His Verses? They are those who will receive their portion of the Book (Qur’an). When Our messengers (the angel of death and his assistants) come to them to take their souls, they (the angels) told them: “Where is that which you used to call upon besides Allah”? They said: “They are gone away from us and they bore witness against themselves (their own souls) that they were disbelievers”. (7/38) (Allah) said: “Enter into the Fire among the nations of the jinn and men who have passed away before you”. Whenever a nation enters there back to back, it curses their siblings (who caused them to be astray). The last of them said for the first of them: Our Lord! These left us in Misguidance, so give them a double torment of the Fire! Allah (said): “For everyone there is double (torment) but you do not know”. (7/39) And the first of them said to the last of them: “So you have no superiority over us”. Therefore taste the torment for what you used to earn. (7/40) Surely as for those who belie Our Verses and treat them with haughtiness, the gates of heaven will not be opened for them (they cannot render their sprits back to Allah in their lifetime), nor shall they enter Heaven until the camel (heavy rope) pass through the eye of the needle. This is how We punish the sinners (the guilty). (7/41) For them there is a bed (of fire) in Hell and over them coverings (of fire). Thus do We requite the wrong-doers. (7/42) Those who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah while they are living) and do improving deeds (that cleans and purify their souls’ hearts), We do not burden any soul beyond its scope. They are the owners (dwellers) of Heaven, in it they shall abide (forever). (7/43) We removed whatever of vices (in their souls’ hearts) in their breasts. The rivers flow under them and they said: “All praise is due to Allah Who has guided us to this, and never could we have attained to Guidance (Hidayet), had it not been that Allah had guided us”! Certainly the Messengers of our Lord did come with the truth. And it is cried out to them: “This is Heaven of which you are made heirs for what you used to do”. (7/44) And the people of Heaven called out to the people of the Fire (Hell): “Surely we have found what our Lord promised us true”. Have you too found what your Lord promised you true? They say: “Yes”. Then a crier (the one authorized to call out) amongst them cried: “May the Curse of Allah be on the wrong-doers”. (7/45) They hinder from the Way of Allah and seek to make it (the Way of Allah) crooked and they are disbelievers in the hereafter (in the spirit’s reaching Allah before death). (7/46) And between them, there is a veil and on Al-A’râf (hills) there are men who recognize all by their countenance (faces). They called out to the people of Heaven who did not enter it yet, but hope: “Peace be on you”. (7/47) And when their eyes are turned towards the people of the Fire (Hell), they said: “Our Lord! Do not place us with the wrongdoing people”! (7/48) And the people of Al-A’râf called out to the men whom they recognize by their countenance: “What you gathered and haughtily behavior did not benefit you”? (7/49) (It is said to the people of Hell): “Are these they about whom you swore that Allah will not reach with His mercy”? (And it is said to the people of Heaven): “Enter Heaven! There is no fear on you nor do you grieve”. (7/50) And the people of the Fire (Hell) called out to the people of Heaven: “Pass to us some water or that which Allah has given you as sustenance”. (People of Heaven) said: “Allah has forbidden them both to the disbelievers”. (7/51) They are the ones who took their religion as an amusement and play and whom the life of the world beguiled. So this Day We forget them as they forgot their meeting of this Day, and as they used to deny Our Signs knowingly. (7/52) And certainly We have brought them a Book which We have explained in detail with knowledge, as a Guidance and a Mercy for a people who believe (who are âmenû, who wish to reach Allah before death). (7/53) Do they only look at its interpretation? On the Day when its interpretation came, those who have forgotten say: “Indeed the Messengers of our Lord have come with the truth”. Are there for us then any intercessors so that they should intercede for us? Or could we be sent back (to life on earth) so that we should do other than those which we did? Indeed they have failed their souls and that which they forged has gone away from them. (7/54) Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, then He rose over the heavens. The night gets covered with the day which is in haste to follow it. And the sun and the moon and the stars are subjected to His Command. Surely His is the Creation and the Command, is it not? Blessed is Allah, Lord of the Worlds, the Most Exalted. (7/55) Call on your Lord as you plead and in secret. He does not love those who exceed the limits. (7/56) And do not make mischief in the earth after reformation and call on Him with fear and hope. Surely the Mercy of Allah is near to the Muhsinîn. (7/57) And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, before His Mercy. When they have carried a heavy-laden cloud, We sent it to a land that is dead, then We caused water to descend on it. Then We produced every kind of crop therewith. Similarly, We bring forth the dead that you may deliberate. (7/58) And as for the beautiful land (where the soil is fertile), its vegetation springs forth by the Permission of its Lord, and that which is bad (unproductive, barren), its herbage is given forth but sparsely. Thus do We explain in detail Our Verses for a people who are thankful. (7/59) Certainly We sent Noah to his people. Then he said: “O my people! Be servants to Allah! You have no god other than Him. Surely I fear for you the torment of a great Day”! (7/60) The eminent among his people said: “Most surely we see you in clear Misguidance”. (7/61) (He said): “O my people! I am not in Misguidance, and however I am a Messenger from the Lord of the Worlds”. (7/62) I convey (deliver) to you the messages of my Lord and give good counsel to you. And I learn from Allah what you do not know. (7/63) Do you wonder that a Reminder has come to you from your Lord through a man from among you, that he might warn you and that you might have piety (Takwâ) and so that you might receive mercy? (7/64) But they called him a liar, so We saved him and those with him in the Ark. And we drowned those who belied Our Verses. Surely they became a blind people. (7/65) And to Aad (People) their brother, Hûd said: “O my people! Be a servant to Allah! There is no deity for you other than Him. Will you then still have no piety (Takwâ)”? (7/66) The eminent of those who disbelieved from among his people said: “Most surely we see you in folly, and most surely we think you to be of the liars”. (7/67) (Hud) said: “O my people! There is no folly in me; but I am a Messenger of the Lord of the worlds”. (7/68) I convey (deliver) to you the messages of my Lord and I am a trustworthy counsel. (7/69) And do you wonder that a Reminder has come to you from your Lord through a man from among you that he might warn you? Remember when He made you successors after Noah’s people (replaced you with them) and increased you amply in strength (created your physical bodies big and strong) So remember the blessings of Allah upon you, that you may attain to the Salvation. (7/70) They said: “Have you come to us that we may be servants to Allah alone and give up what our fathers used to worship”? Then bring to us what you promise us (torment), if you are of the truthful. (7/71) (Hud) said: “Indeed torment and Wrath from your Lord have lighted (come) upon you”. Do you wrangle with me about names which you and your fathers have named? Allah has not sent any proof to him. Then just wait. Indeed, I am with you among those who wait. (7/72) Then (after that event) We delivered him and those with him by Mercy from Us and We cut off the last (eliminated the generation) of those who belied our Verses and were not believers. (7/73) And to (the people of) Thamûd their brother Sâlih said: “O my people! Become a servant to Allah! You have no god other than Him. A clear miracle (proof) indeed has come to you from your Lord. This is the she-camel of Allah, a sign (miracle) to you. So let her feed in Allah’s earth (freely) and do not touch her with any harm (with evil intention), otherwise a painful torment seizes you”. (7/74) And remember (He) made you successors after Aad and settled you in the earth. You make palaces on its plains and carve out houses in the mountains. So remember the Blessings of Allah and do not act corruptly in the land, making mischief. (7/75) The eminent of those who behaved proudly among his people said to those who believed from among them who were considered weak: “Do you know that Sâlih is sent by his Lord”? (They) said: “Surely we are the believers in what he has been sent with”. (7/76) Those who were haughty said: “Surely we are the deniers of what you believe in”. (7/77) So they slaughtered the (she) camel and revolted against their Lord’s Commandment (crossed the line) and they said: “O Sâlih! Bring us what you promised us (the torment), if you are a sent Messenger”. (7/78) So the earthquake seized them and they remained kneeled down in their lands. (7/79) Then (Sâlih) turned away from them and said: “O my people, I did certainly deliver to you the Message of my Lord and I counseled you, but you do not love the counselors”. (7/80) And Lot said to his people: “What! Do you bring an indecency (wickedness) which any one has not brought before you in the Worlds”? (7/81) Most surely you also come to males besides females. No, you are indeed a wasteful people (transgressing the bounds). (7/82) And the answer of his people was no other than that they said: “Turn them out of our land; surely they are a pure people”. (7/83) So We rescued him and his household, except his wife; she was of those who remained behind. (7/84) And We rained down on them a rain (of stones). Look then what was the end of the guilty (sinner). (7/85) And to (the people of) Midian their brother Shu’ayb said: “O my people! Be servants to Allah, you have no god other than Him. A clear proof (a miracle) indeed has come to you from your Lord, therefore give full measure and full weight and do not diminish to men the value of their things. Do not make mischief in the earth after its reform. This is better for you if you are believers”. (7/86) Do not sit (on) every path, threatening (promising) and turning away from Allah’s Way those who believe in Him. And you are seeking to make it (Allah’s Path) crooked. And remember when you were few, then He multiplied you, and look what was the end of the mischief-makers. (7/87) And if there is a party (group) of you who believe in that which I have been sent with and a party who do not believe, then have patience until Allah judges between us; and He is the Best of the judges.
