كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٦٠﴾ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٦١﴾ إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٦٢﴾ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٦٣﴾ وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٦٤﴾ أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٦٥﴾ وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُم بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ ﴿١٦٦﴾ قَالُوا لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَا لُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُخْرَجِينَ ﴿١٦٧﴾ قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ الْقَالِينَ ﴿١٦٨﴾ رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهْلِي مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾ فَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٧٠﴾ إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَابِرِينَ ﴿١٧١﴾ ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الْآخَرِينَ ﴿١٧٢﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا فَسَاء مَطَرُ الْمُنذَرِينَ ﴿١٧٣﴾ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٧٤﴾ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿١٧٥﴾ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٧٦﴾ إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٧٧﴾ إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٧٨﴾ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٧٩﴾ وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٨٠﴾ أَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُخْسِرِينَ ﴿١٨١﴾ وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ ﴿١٨٢﴾ وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ ﴿١٨٣﴾

(26/160) The people of Lot impugned the apostles (26/161) when Lot, their brother, said to them, ‘Will you not be wary [of Allah]? (26/162) Indeed I am a trusted apostle [sent] to you. (26/163) So be wary of Allah and obey me. (26/164) I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward lies only with the Lord of all the worlds. (26/165) What! Of all people do you come to males, (26/166) abandoning your wives your Lord has created for you? Indeed, you are a transgressing lot.’ (26/167) They said, ‘Lot, if you do not desist, you will surely be banished.’ (26/168) He said, ‘Indeed I detest your conduct.’ (26/169) ‘My Lord! Deliver me and my family from what they do.’ (26/170) So We delivered him and all his family, (26/171) except an old woman who remained behind. (26/172) Then We destroyed [all] the rest, (26/173) and rained down upon them a rain [of stones]. Evil was the rain of those who were warned! (26/174) There is indeed a sign in that; but most of them do not have faith. (26/175) Indeed your Lord is the All-mighty, the All-merciful. (26/176) The inhabitants of Aykah impugned the apostles, (26/177) when Shu‘ayb said to them, ‘Will you not be wary [of Allah]? (26/178) Indeed I am a trusted apostle [sent] to you. (26/179) So be wary of Allah and obey me. (26/180) I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward lies only with the Lord of all the worlds. (26/181) Observe the full measure, and do not be of those who give short measure. (26/182) Weigh with an even balance, (26/183) and do not cheat the people of their goods. Do not act wickedly on the earth, causing corruption.
