(25/56) And We have sent you only as a bearer of glad tidings and a Warner. (25/57) Say: “I do not ask of you any wage for it (conveyance) except that whosoever wills may take a Way to his Lord. (25/58) And put your trust in the Ever-Living One Who does not die, and glorify with His Praise and Sufficient for Him Being All-Aware of the sins of His servants. (25/59) It is He Who created the heavens and the earth, and what is between them in Six Days. Then the Most Beneficent rose beyond existence. So ask the informed one (Gabriel) of this. (25/60) And when it was said to them: “Prostrate yourselves to the Most Beneficent”, they said: “What is the Most Beneficent? Shall we prostrate ourselves to what you command us”? And it (this command) increased them in aversion. (25/61) Blessed be He Who has made in the sky constellations and has set there the moon as an illuminating lamp. (25/62) And He it is Who has made the night and the day a succession for those who yearn to remember or be thankful. (25/63) And the servants of the Most Beneficent walk on the earth in humility and when the ignorant address them, they say: “Peace”! (25/64) And they who pass the night prostrating themselves and standing before their Lord. (25/65) And they say: “Our Lord! Keep the torment of Hell away from us, surely the torment of it is permanently destructive. (25/66) Surely it is an evil abode as and a residence. (25/67) And when they spend, they are neither extravagant nor parsimonious. And they keep between these two on a middle path.
