إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلاَلاً فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ

سورة يس
(36/8) Surely We have put on their necks chains that reach up to their chins. Therefore they are the ones whose heads are raised aloft.
