لِيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٧٠﴾
سورة يس
(36/70) (The descent of the Qur'ân) is to warn those who are alive and that the Word (of the Torment) may prove true against the disbelievers.
