وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ

(38/20) And We strengthened his dominion and We gave him wisdom and Fasl-ı Hitâb (the ability to address to audience and to judge with justice by distinguishing the right from wrong).
