وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ هِيَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةً مِّن قَرْيَتِكَ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَتْكَ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ فَلَا نَاصِرَ لَهُمْ

سورة محمّـد
(47/13) And many towns which were far more powerful than the town of yours which has driven you out; We destroyed them. Then there was no helper for them.
