أُولَئِكَ لَمْ يَكُونُواْ مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاء يُضَاعَفُ لَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مَا كَانُواْ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ السَّمْعَ وَمَا كَانُواْ يُبْصِرُونَ

سورة هود
(11/20) Such are not able to incapacitate (Allah) on earth nor did they have besides Allah any friends. The torment will be multiplied for them. They could not bear to hear (their faculties of hearing did not function) and they could not see (their faculties of seeing did not function).
