الَر كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ آيَاتُهُ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ

(11/1) Alif-Lâm-Râ. (This is) a Book, whose Verses are made decisive (strengthened) and then explained in detail, from One Who is All-Wise, All-Aware (with all things).
