هُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ فَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴿٦٨﴾
سورة غافر
(40/68) He it is Who gives life and causes death. When He decrees an affair, He only says to it: “Be”! And it is, immediately.
