فَقَضَاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ وَأَوْحَى فِي كُلِّ سَمَاء أَمْرَهَا وَزَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَحِفْظًا ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ

سورة فصّلت
(41/12) So He ordained (created) them seven layers in two Days. Revealed in every layer its command. And We adorned the skies of earth guarding with lamps. This is the Decree of the All-Mighty, All-Knowing (Allah).
