وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ مِن فَوْقِهَا وَبَارَكَ فِيهَا وَقَدَّرَ فِيهَا أَقْوَاتَهَا فِي أَرْبَعَةِ أَيَّامٍ سَوَاء لِّلسَّائِلِينَ

سورة فصّلت
(41/10) And there, He made on it firm mountains. And He blessed therein with abundance. Measured therein their foods (sustenance) in four Days, equally for the seekers.
