وَاللَّهُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقْنَاهُ إِلَى بَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا كَذَلِكَ النُّشُورُ

سورة فاطر
(35/9) And Allah it is Who sends the winds, so raises the clouds. Then We drive it on to a dead land, so therewith We revive the earth after its death (with rain). Even so is the Nushûr (Resurrection and spreading again).
