وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاء إِلَهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَهٌ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ ﴿٨٤﴾

(43/84) And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth, and He is the Wise, the Knower.
