فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ ﴿٥٤﴾

(43/54) Then he incited his people and they obeyed him; verily they were ever a transgressing people.
