وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

(43/46) And certainly We sent Moses with Our Verses (miracles) to Pharaoh and his (people’s) notables. (Then) he said (to them): “Surely I am a Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds”.
