وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ ﴿٤﴾
سورة الزخرف
(43/4) And surely it (the Qur’an) is in the Mother of the Book in Our presence. Truly exalted, full of wisdom (the owner of judgment and wisdom).
