وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ ﴿٣١﴾

(43/31) And they say: wherefore hath not this Qur´an been revealed to a man of the two cities who was great.
