وَمِنَ الأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ الدَّوَائِرَ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ السَّوْءِ وَاللّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

سورة التوبة
(9/98) And of the Bedouins there are some who take what they spend to be a loss. And they watch for the changing of the time and bad times to be on you. May the calamity of evil be on them! And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
