قُلْ أَنفِقُواْ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ ﴿٥٣﴾

(9/53) Say: “Spend willingly or unwillingly, it shall not be accepted from you”; surely you have been a Fâsikun (transgressing) people.
