إِلاَّ تَنفِرُواْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿٣٩﴾
سورة التوبة
(9/39) If you do not march forth (having your spirit get on the Sirat-i Mustakim to reach Allah) (voluntarily go to war), He will torment you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people. You cannot harm Him at all in any way, and Allah has Power over all things.
