لاَ يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ

(9/10) They do not respect either kinship (ties of relationship) nor covenant towards the believers (they do not pay back the believers). It is they who are the transgressors.
