وَإِذْ أَسَرَّ النَّبِيُّ إِلَى بَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِهِ حَدِيثًا فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَتْ بِهِ وَأَظْهَرَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَرَّفَ بَعْضَهُ وَأَعْرَضَ عَن بَعْضٍ فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَهَا بِهِ قَالَتْ مَنْ أَنبَأَكَ هَذَا قَالَ نَبَّأَنِيَ الْعَلِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ ﴿٣﴾
سورة الـتحريم
(66/3) Nabi (the Prophet) had disclosed a matter in secret to some of his wives. But when she informed others of it (the secret) and Allah made it known to him (His Prophet). (And the Nabi) made known some parts of it and omitted others. When he informed her of it (that he knew this), she said: “Who informed you of this”? (The Prophet) said: “The All-Knowing, the All-Aware, informed me”.
