وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

سورة الشورى
(42/28) And He it is Who sends down the rain and spread His Mercy after (they) have despaired. And He is the Friend, the Praised One.
