وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ ﴿١٨٣﴾
سورة الشعراء
(26/183) And do not defraud people by reducing their things (do not cause their positive degrees to be less than their negative degrees by hindering them from making the wish to reach Allah) and (based on this) do not cause disorder in the earth, making mischief.
