(13/31) And if there had been a Qur’ân with which the mountains are moved or the earth is torn asunder, or the dead are made to speak, all things (commands) belong to Allah. Have not yet those who believe (who are âmenû) despaired of their becoming believers? If Allah had willed, He would certainly have delivered all people to Hidayet (Guidance). Those who disbelieve do not cease to be struck by calamity (punishment), for what they have done or for it to descend near their home until there comes the promise of Allah. Certainly Allah does not turn away from His Promise.
Surah Ar-Ra'd
