وَالْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَاء اللَّاتِي لَا يَرْجُونَ نِكَاحًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن يَضَعْنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيْرَ مُتَبَرِّجَاتٍ بِزِينَةٍ وَأَن يَسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُنَّ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

سورة النّور
(24/60) And old women who have no hope of marriage, it is no blame (sin) for them if they put off their outer clothes without displaying their ornaments. To wish to remain chaste is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
