وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِنْ أَمَرْتَهُمْ لَيَخْرُجُنَّ قُل لَّا تُقْسِمُوا طَاعَةٌ مَّعْرُوفَةٌ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ

سورة النّور
(24/53) And they (the disbelievers) swear by Allah their strongest oaths that if you commanded them they would certainly go forth (to fight). Say: “Do not swear! (This is) a known (evident) obedience”. Surely Allah is Well-Aware of what you do.
