سُورَةٌ أَنزَلْنَاهَا وَفَرَضْنَاهَا وَأَنزَلْنَا فِيهَا آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ

(24/1) (This is) a chapter (Sûrah) which We have sent down and made obligatory (some verses of it). And We sent down explained Verses in it with Clear proofs, that perhaps you may deliberate.
