(4/95) Those of the believers who sit (and do not go to war) other than those who have an excuse, are not equal with those who strive hard (and fight) in the Way of Allah with their wealth and lives; Allah has made the strivers with their property and their lives to excel over those who remain behind, by degrees, and Allah has promised “Husna” (the most excellent) to all; But Allah has preferred the Mujahideen over those who remain behind with a Mighty Reward (Wage).
