أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يُزَكُّونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ بَلِ اللّهُ يُزَكِّي مَن يَشَاء وَلاَ يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلاً

سورة النساء
(4/49) Have you not seen those who attribute purity to their souls? (Who claim that they have cleansed their souls’ hearts)? Nay, Allah only cleanses the soul of whom He wills; and they shall not be wronged (even) the hair upon a date-seed.
