الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا

سورة النساء
(4/37) Those who are niggardly and command others to be niggardly and hide what Allah have given them extra. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a disgraceful torment.
