وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ شِقَاقَ بَيْنِهِمَا فَابْعَثُواْ حَكَمًا مِّنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِّنْ أَهْلِهَا إِن يُرِيدَا إِصْلاَحًا يُوَفِّقِ اللّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا خَبِيرًا ﴿٣٥﴾
سورة النساء
(4/35) If you fear a divergence between the two (husband and wife), then appoint an arbiter from his family and an arbiter from her family. If they both (husband and wife) wish for reconciliation, Allah will make them successful in their reconciliation. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, Well-Acquainted with all things.
