وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا

سورة النساء
(4/33) And to every one We have appointed heirs of what the parents and near relatives leave; and as for those to whom your oaths have been tied, give them their share as well; surely Allah is a Witness over all things.
