يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُواْ لِلّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا مُّبِينًا

(4/144) O you who believe (who wish to deliver their spirits back to Allah before death)! Do not take the disbelievers for friends instead of the believers; would you wish to offer Allah an open proof against yourselves?
