وَللّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّحِيطًا

سورة النساء
(4/126) And whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is Allah’s; and Allah is the One who encompasses all things (with His Knowledge and Mercy).
