إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاء إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ

(27/80) Surely you can not make the dead to hear nor can you make the deaf to hear the call (of Allah) when they flee, turning their backs.
