وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالأُنثَى ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

(16/58) When the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face turns black (dark), and he is filled with inward grief.
