يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرحْمَنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا

سورة الـنبإ
(78/38) On that Day the Spirit (of the Imam of the Time) and the angels (that hold the Throne) stand ready in rows. No one can speak except he whom the Most-Beneficent permits. And he (who is permitted) speaks only the rewards.
