وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّا عَلَى ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ ﴿١٨﴾
سورة المؤمنون
(23/18) And We send down water from the sky with a predestined amount, then We caused with it (lakes, rivers, seas) in the earth, and most surely We are Able to take it away (with condensation).
