وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ

سورة المائدة
(5/49) And judge between them by what Allah has sent down; do not follow their vain desires. And be cautious of them, lest they cause you to fall into Fitnah from part of what Allah has sent down to you. But if they turn back (from the Truth), then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their sins. And most surely many of the mankind are the Fâsiqûn.
